Appointed to deliver a private client Design and Build package for the redevelopment of a derelict cottage and stable block to provide a stunning family home set within the open country side, this involved extensive conservation works as well as evolving traditional construction techniques with the latest specification resulting in a far larger dwelling fit for todays modern living.
We are very proud of this landmark project. Demolition and Redevelopment of land within a Private Country Estate, we were appointed as Design Consultants and Principle Contractors tasked with delivering an ultra-high end family home at circa 500 square meters. This exciting project involved all manner of disciplines from liaising with planning and building control as well other required professionals and some rather specialist trades, the result of which a stunning and sophisticated mansion with the very latest home technology.
One of our own, we acquired a disused commercial office building and got started, this involved 100% of all planning, design, engineering and construction works to provide a development of 15 high specification Conversion & New Build apartments within a private gated development.
This example showcases our skill in the redevelopment of Brownfield land. Not without its design and planning issues our appointment in full Design & Build resulted in the delivery of a contemporary town centre development of 10 flats.
A complicated opportunity, how to redevelop a contaminated town centre site. We provided the solution through full Design & Build. We developed the site to provide 5 mews houses and an interesting coachhouse of 2 Maisonettes, the site fronted the conservation area so sympathetic design was essential, the end result is a very important addition to this historic market town.

Delivery of an ambitious office to residential town centre conversion under Permitted Development Prior Approval to provide 17 apartments for the rental market, we were appointed by a private client to execute a fast turnaround, this involved dealing with all aspects of conversion compliance to ensure that the building met every requirement especially with regards to fire safety, needless to say we delivered on time, on budget and dealt with every quirk of this individual scheme.
